The traditions that bring everyone together, Art Bash, CruiseFest and BOO!kley. One tradition is missing right now. 🏡 Buyers have more leverage right now. Compared with last year, Metro Detroit has more homes for sale and longer days on market, while more Oakland County sellers are making price reductions. What does that mean if you’re buying? More choices. More time to think. And potentially more room to negotiate on price, closing costs, repairs or other terms. That doesn’t mean every seller is going to negotiate, but the market is giving buyers opportunities we weren’t seeing nearly as often before.
